I have always had a passion for music and the emotional impact it can have on someone. I am even more passionate about Contemporary Christian Music and how it can inspire and lead someone to God’s word. My ultimate goal is that our music glorifies God and helps lead someone to know Jesus as their Lord and Savior.

I grew up in a Christian home in Cary, North Carolina and have always been an active member in my church. Having a love for music and the contemporary style of Christian worship music, I was excited to be able to share my enthusiasm and love for Jesus Christ with Engraved.

Music has always been important to me. Singing in the band gives me the opportunity to not only do something that I love, but to also give glory and praise to our Lord Jesus through Contemporary Christian music.

I am from Missouri, the “Show-me State,” which by coincidence, is also a very good description of my personality. I have a difficult time accepting things that I can’t see, touch or understand. Being a part of the band has changed that dramatically. Nothing could be further from my comfort zone than playing and singing in public. God has called me to a ministry that forces me to rely on Him and not my own talents.
